This page is to book the first in-person screening session:

In this session, we will explain the study and get your consent to be in the study. We will also do the audiogram and do a few questionnaires.

This session will last around an hour and will be in the Louisa Martindale Building.

For privacy reasons please do not use your real name or email in THIS Google Calendar form but use your participant ID number at the top of the email we send you, in the ‘First name’, ‘Last name’ and ‘Participant ID number’ fields and use this email address “tinnspire@gmail.com“, in the email field. Then we will email you confirmation of your session booking.
